Our services
Support, navigation and referral pathways
Hope Connect Australia helps individuals and families understand their circumstances and options, identify appropriate services, and connect with relevant specialist, government and community supports. Tap a service below to read more.
In practice, this means we: listen to your situation, help identify suitable services, explain your options, assist you to connect with or be referred to those services, and provide short-term follow-up — for up to six weeks — where appropriate.
Hope Connect Australia is a navigation and referral service, not a crisis service. We do not directly provide:
Emergency housing
Financial assistance
Legal advice
Financial counselling
Specialist family violence case management
Allied health treatment
Disability diagnosis
We help you identify and connect with the appropriate specialist service instead. In an emergency, call 000.
